Cookie Dough Bites
Made these as breastfeeding treats for my friend who has a newborn, but don't let that put you off trying them yourself!I love me a good choc chunk cookie, but these bites are pretty darn special and safe to eat with no raw eggs! yay.
Super easy, tasty, see if you can stop at one!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1 Tbsp coconut flour
2 Tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
4 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp plant-based protein powder (optional)
1/4 cup dark choc chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls.
Place cookie dough balls in the fridge to harden for an hour then try stop at one!
